Stock Donation Form

A charitable gift of stock provides an opportunity for tax savings while generously supporting Girls Inc. To help you facilitate a gift of stock, please use the following instructions. Or go straight to our stock donation form, which you can submit by mail or fax. Call the Development Director at 510/ 357.5515 ext. 46 for more information.

Notification to your broker
The donor can give the following information to their stockbroker:

Notification of Donor Intent
The donor or the transferring broker must provide the following information, for audit and acknowledgement purposes:

  • Donor's name and complete address
  • Name and number of securities transferred
  • Broker's name and phone number
  • Approximate dollar value of gift
