Thank you so much for your interest in volunteering at Girls Incorporated of Alameda County, where we inspire all girls to be Strong, Smart, and Bold. Girls Inc. could not operate without the time, energy, and inspiration given by nearly 700 dedicated volunteers each year.

Each year, 17,000 hours are generously given by volunteers like you. We offer an array of volunteer opportunities: literacy tutors, guest speakers, reading buddies, math tutors, interns, artists, and much more. And, if something else not listed piques your interest, please come to us with your ideas. We’re always happy to hear from you!

Please view the various volunteer opportunities we have available. We are dedicated to placing you in a job that is a good match for you and our girls. We also have volunteer positions for the annual Women of Taste event.

If you would like to volunteer and support girls expand their sense of what is possible, please fill out the volunteer application. You can submit it online or you can download the application and mail or fax it in. We will then contact you for an interview.
