Oakland School-Based Health Centers
Pathways Counseling Center works in collaboration with La Clincia de la Raza at these campus-based health clinics. In our joint effort, La Clinica is the medical and health education provider and Pathways is the mental health provider. Students can access the full spectrum of health, health education, and mental health services at each center. Pathways' mental health services include:
- Psychological services for students and families
- Mental health consultation services for student, families, and school personnel
- Oakland Technical High School (north Oakland)
- Fremont Federation of High Schools (east Oakland)
- La Clinica de la Raza
- Native American Health Center
- Asian Health Services
- Planned Parenthood
- California Adolescent Health Collaborative
- California School Health Center Association
