 Programs
at Girls Inc.'s San Leandro facility focus on serving girls in Alameda
County who are 8 to 18 years of age. These programs provide a safe
place for girls to express themselves with originality and enthusiasm,
accept who they are, take healthy risks, and strive to be responsible
and self-sufficient community members.
In order for a girl to participate in any Girls Inc. program, an
enrollment packet must be completed. Enrollment packets for all
programs except GIRLStart are available online. All programs are
free or based on a minimum charge and no girl is ever turned away
due to an inability to pay.
