View and download the Women of Taste invitation

Women of Taste is one of the largest food and wine events in the East Bay. Held every September at the Oakland Museum of California, guests are invited explore the event on three levels of the terraced patio gardens. The sounds of salsa, R&B, rock, and big band favorites by The Montclair Women's Dance Band with Director Ellen Seeling and Vocalist Rhonda Benin fill the air while guests enjoy tastings from leading Bay Area restaurants and beverage purveyors.

The event also showcases our silent auction with a variety of exclusive gifts and entertainment packages, as well as the Art for Epicures and Power Platters auction, featuring handmade items donated by local artisans and celebrities.

Weather & Attire

Women of Taste is an outdoor event, which can become chilly in the later part of the evening. Remember to dress according to your personal tolerance for the weather. Most people enjoy dressing festively for this fun, outdoor occasion.

We'd like to extend a special thank you to all of the companies and individuals who donated tastings and auction items. We encourage our guests to visit their establishments and thank them in person.
